Michelle Cohen took what was (obviously) a terrible situation, and made it palatable and as stress free as possible.
I went into this entire experience thinking that it would be high-pressure sales pitch situation, and it 100% was not. Michelle walked me through the entire process with grace, allowed me to make decisions without any sign of pressure, and followed up with me at every step of the way.
Michelle event met me as the hospice to finish the paperwork, so I could spend more time with loved ones. Also she gave me advice on designing the monument, which is a tough decision when you are entirely wrapped up in loss.
